IPA was formed after we noticed there were a lot of clients receiving poor offers or declines from the so called "insurance factories".   What was the client to do?  They had either no agent to turn to or their current agent did not know where to turn for professional advice.  The idea was formed...why don't we service the rated and rejected clients, we have been doing it for our clients and brokers for years.
